DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supporting a deal or project team with analytical and research support; Gathering company, market and industry information, preparing client presentations and pitches; Liaising with other internal and external parties on transactions; Supporting due diligence & negotiations; assisting with transaction execution; Preparing pricing, market comparable, regular market update
REQUIREMENT

A minimal 1 year experience in DCM execution; Strong organization skills, with the ability to manage projects independently and priorities tasks effectively; Strong client skills, with the ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally; Exceptional attention to detail Native Mandarin speaker, fluent in English
