DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for parking attendants and housekeeping malls. Understand and carry out tasks as operational staff/ supervisors in accordance with applicable SOPs. Works with Operations Manager and other staff members to ensure proper Preventative Maintenance and related record keeping and logs. Supports preparation for emergency and disaster response. Manage the department work schedule to ensure proper preparation and adequate staffing daily and for special events. Manage the daily activities of each department to include appropriate proper care, cleaning, and maintenance of all public areas, restrooms, etc
REQUIREMENT

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, or any related field Accustomed to working in low and high voltage. Able to handle Mechanical (engine), Electrical (electricity), and Plumbing. Business skills, responsible for managing budgets, leading a team and liaising with suppliers The capacity to understand a range of engineering functions and procedures. Teamworking skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels The ability to negotiate with, and persuade others. Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills. The confidence to respond positively when under pressure. Able to operate the generator manually / automatically. Understand the elevator and escalator system, fire alarm system, AC (Air Conditioner) system. Minimum experience 1-3 years in the same field.
