Manage / receive guest phone call / e-mail / reservation requests while on
duty.
Master Table Management System and maintain the data daily. Make sure
guest profile is completed and updated (name, company name, title, title,
contact information such as email, telephone / mobile / fax number, preference
and all related information0.
Provide a warm and friendly welcome and farewell to all guest incoming calls
per W service standards.
Demonstrate whatever/whenever attitude towards guest requests.
Manage eatdrinkandmore.com’s online reservation system and block / free
REQUIREMENT
Responsible for handling incoming calls, table reservations and effective control of venue covers. Provide a warm and friendly welcome while taking down reservations and reply to guest phone inquiries effectively.
