DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for new staff & freelancer recruitment, selection, placement and orientation.
Managing employee benefits utilization such as overtime, salary, allowances, leaves, time-off & medical benefits as per Employee Handbook.
Ensure all relevant daily HR operation are in compliance with company rules & regulation as well as government requirements.
Involve in continuous maintenance of company Employee Manual.
Managing staff personal file & correspondence documentation.
Staff training & development monitoring.
Employee attendance management
Involve in staff performance management system.
Able to promote company culture through organizing various employee engagement program.
Coordinate office maintenance and purchase of office general items.
Organize company engagement programs
General administration such as office maintenance, stationary & general affairs.
Company stock control
