DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop a strategy that maximizes sales
Monitor team sales progress and target achievement on a weekly and monthly basis, accompanied by analysis results and futher improvement plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Working closely with distributors in the coverage area to plan and implement sales and distribution
Analyze regional and sales performance data and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze changing customer needs and market trends, and respond proactively for long-term business.
Work closely with the company's Marketing to ensure strategic and tactical consistency; effectiveness & efficiency of promotion
REQUIREMENT
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree, in any field Maximum age 40 years Minimum 3 years as Sales Manager working experience in Wallpaper, Vinyl Flooring, Blinds and Curtain Applicants must be willing to travel & move to all regions Sumatera Depth understanding of operational sales & distribution of all channels GT, MT, Horeca, etc. Negotiation, Interpersonal, Communication, data analysis, & good reporting Able to manage large team members High achiever, target oriented Have SIM A and C Being able to speak and write in Mandarin is a plus
