DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Working with various stakeholders and internal parties to develop the identified area through the planning project. 2. Responsible for the construction planning. Supervising the site labor force and monitoring the working process done by the contractors. 3. Managing the project, identifying and resolving potential construction related with issues or contractual disputes. 4. Ensuring the organization’s interest becomes the priority. 5. Ensuring the tender documents is in order with the required standard and quality. 6. Handling other administrative work related to the development of the project. 7. As assigned by direct Supervisor.
REQUIREMENT

1. A Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or other related fields 2. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experiences in the development of commercial building or high-rise residential project 3. Good knowledge of local building & construction rules and regulations 4. Good analytical thinking and attention to details 5. Good interpersonal and communication skills 6. Willing to be placed in Cakung - Jakarta Timur 7. Contract Based
