Responsible for sales and marketing implementation in Sumatra Area
Develop & Implement various policies & sales promotion schemes for retail, rural, & corporate sales.
Develop relevant sales schemes & strategies (for retail, corporate & fleet sales) to achieve sales/market share goals (Nationwide).
Develop sales system & processes for increased efficiency of operations & satisfaction of dealers & customers.
Set up sales plan by model & month (wholesales & retail).
Develop ,market information sources & make useful forecasts for effective management information.
Ensure efficient production planning, forecasting, & product mix so as to maxi mize profits and minimize inventories.
Establish strategy for delivering cars to customer at right time at right cost.
Plan, request, & monitoring transporting vehicles to dealers.
Estimates volumes of transporting each month based on production schedules & wholesale target.
Appointment of New Dealerships, Performance Review of dealerships and ensuring corrective action plan.
Enhancing dealers competiveness to improve customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
Network optimization based on SPD (Sales per Dealer) and potential of each market.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Able to Speak daily in English is a must
At least 15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Retail & wholesales sales planning, Data interpretation & Analysis, Sales Forecasting, Product Planning, Logistic, Dealer Development
Preferably CEO/GM/Director/Senior Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
Willing to be placed in sumatra area, especially medan city
