DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Managing, tracking and following up on leads through phone/ whatsapp/ e-mail Conducting sales calls through the phone and information sharing Measuring identified KPIs and meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals Creating and updating activity reports Attending to customer queries and following up to maintain close relationship Maintaining constant communication with partner banks and lenders
REQUIREMENT

Proven experience in sales or customer service Ability and willingness to learn about the service offerings of the company Familiar or keen to work in a fast-paced startup environment Patience, persistence and persuasiveness Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to handle challenges and address complaints Familiar with Excel and Google Doc suites Excellent typing skills Excellent communication skills in English Must be Singaporean Willing to travel for meetings and company events
