DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing materials from scratch so that the team may respond to new questions and requests for information from its clients or business teams. Developing and improving existing content as and when required and managing regular updates of standard marketing materials while adhering to the approval process if content changes significantly Pro-actively managing and recording workflow through the relevant database (salesforce.com) even where requests have been received through other channels. Reviewing requests in detail at the outset and identifying potential areas of difficulty or where additional steps or resources may be required. Managing the expectations of others across the business and engaging in additional resources as and when required Pro-actively communicating with sales reps and business teams on the status of open marketing requests and escalating any problems and areas for concern appropriately, especially where deadlines are at risk of being missed Ensuring all materials are formatted in line with the Deutsche Bank standards Ensuring all data points used in marketing materials are appropriately dated and approved Maintaining a complete and accurate history of all such data points for future reference and global use Building strong and professional working relationships with team members across the business, both in MY and globally , and with associated areas such as legal and compliance. Regularly seeking feedback from colleagues so that weaknesses can be identified and key skills developed Adhering to the Deutsche Bank’s business procedures when saving and storing all new and existing materials
REQUIREMENT

Ability to deal with large volumes of work, prioritizing workload accordingly and working within strict and often pressurized deadlines Strong organizational and time management skills Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to properly assess and anticipate client needs (e.g., regarding content, the format of information, timeliness of materials) and solve obstacles before deadlines are imminent Strong ability to work independently and with little direct supervision and also able to perform as a team Ability to apply product/business knowledge to tasks Keen attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and oral communication skills Outstanding desktop skills are key; in particular Office 2007 Word, Excel and PowerPoint Must be able to present information/materials professionally, following stated design templates and guidelines Demonstrates a strong work ethic, commitment and hands-on approach to delivering superior service to internal and external clients Educated to Bachelor's degree level (or equivalent qualification/work experience) Pro-active with a "can do" attitude, including the ability to coordinate information from a wide range of sources
