DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Answer all incoming calls and directing appropriately, take adequate messages when required Greet, register and direct all guests including vendor, clients and job candidates Taking care of the Company reception area Take care of the office equipment. Date stamp, sort, record, and route all incoming materials by hand, courier, registered mail, and dispatch. Coordinate all outgoing mails, record the usage of stamp and courier services. Check and verify office courier service record and invoices Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment. Monitor and record the usage of office keys, office equipment, building facilities Perform basic filing, typing, data entry and word processing Perform stationery order. Update and monitor employees’ leave record, e.g. annual leave, medical leave Generate employee’s monthly attendance summary, punch card checking, etc To perform administration task for office facility (eg. Fuel card, office phone, mobile line, internet, courier, photocopier machine and etc.)
