DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.
Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
Cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.
Redeem stamps and coupons.
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree holder. Candidate with two years experience as a Cashier. Excellent communication skill. Good interpersonal skill. Computer literate.
