DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Process invoices, delivery orders, credit notes and other related documents
Prepare quotations for prospective and existing customers
Suggest related items based on customers' requirements
Consolidate purchase orders received for warehouse preparation
Check that items prepared by warehouse for deliveries are correct
Prepare monthly Accounts Receivables report and follow up with customers
Processing of payments received
Prepare daily sales report for management
Attend to consumers' product inquires through email or call-in
Support E-commerce team members
General file-keeping

REQUIREMENT
Minimum Higher Nitec and above Good command of English and Mandarin Able to meet tight deadlines and contribute to the development of the company Able to work independently as well as good team player Committed and possess positive work attitude
