DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Maintain and update staff phone list and headcount report when there is a new comer
Handle all incoming calls in a professional manner and redirect incoming calls
Greet & guide visitor / client at their arrival. Notify the end-user being visited and show the guest in the meeting room
Arrange the conference and meeting room bookings
Manage office access and request approval from the delegated managers per procedure
Issue temporary badge for visitors or users who forgot bringing the badges
Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier and pick up regular mails and dispatched
Proceed courier payment
Lost and found notification sending and lost stuff management
Receive, log, dispatch, and trace progress of service requested
Customer’s Proprietary Information Protection protocol enforcement.
REQUIREMENT
Interested in Front Desk and Back Office operations
Strong Customer Service focus
Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands
Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
Able to read basic English sentence and answer phone call.
