Urgently looking for an experienced Office Secretary in UAE Job Details * Maintain budget and purchase supplies for the office track inventory of office supplies * Write and distribute routine correspondence and reports compile data and prepare reports * Compose prepare sort review and distribute title paperwork packages in a timely fashion * Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files * Screen documents book meeting rooms set up conference calls and take messages * Perform administrative tasks including filing and photocopying Job Requirements * High school diploma * Two years experience in same field * Project-management skills * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
