DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide technical support for users: hardware, software, Company’s internal mobile applications Troubleshoot user’s issue and ability to come up with solutions with minimal impact to the business activities Install and configure the hardware, OS, and applications Involve in doing some administrative jobs within the Company’s ERP system Involved in the planning/set up for IT system as the Company grows IT Asset procurement which includes unit comparison/selection Explore new technologies and provide some evaluations Provide support for G Suite day to day application
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Information System. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Sound knowledge of best practices in IT Area Hardware and software general knowledge Excellent communication skills Ability to resolve issues Technology savvy Under 35 years old Can speaking in English
