Minimal S1 Law/Psychology/Industrial Engineering or Management
Minimum 5 Years of experience in all function of HRM in mfg environment and control of minimum 2500 employees.
45 Years old
Good command in English both speaking and writing.
Having excellent comunication,leadership,negotiation and well managed.
Familiar with customer audit standard in garment industry is an advantage.
