DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and troubleshooting computer hardware (WebEx and Video Call, Projectors, Phone and PABX Support), software, networks, printers, and scanners. Support Trouble setup on Network (LAN) and Local WIFI. Support user on Corporate Mobile activation and troubleshoot. Incident management Escalation, and Monitoring on daily basis. Software installation and troubleshoot (Ms.Office, etc)
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field. Required language(s): English At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): hardware, Network Security, helpdesk, software Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Customer Oriented. Willing to work overtime. Applicants must be willing to follow the test JobStreet in advance. Candidate must be willing to be located at Jakarta Area.
