DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Generate new business leads to establish high acquisition numbers on a monthly basis. Manage and strengthen the relationship with existing customers. Tasks include contract renewals, novation, account closures and other issues and concerns raised. Generate and respond to sales leads timely and effectively. Independent in monitoring sales pipeline and updating Journey in CRM system. Provide monthly and weekly sales report to the Sales Manager. Adherence to established guidelines, procedures and quality standard set by management. Ensure proper documentation and compliance to the retail procedures for all acquisitions and renewals.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a corporate environment, experience in the Electricity Retail business is an added advantage. Good communication skills and meticulous. Self-starter with the willingess to take up new responsibility required by the management. Able to work well individually and with a group. Polytechnic or Degree holder in a Business-related field is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
