Experienced min 2 years in same position
Know and understand project management (preferred)
Able to coordinate project member (BA, Programmer, QA, etc)
Able to do monitoring project resource and project schedule
Excellence communication skills, good analytic skill, verbal communication, writing & listening both in Bahasa and English.
High level of PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft office: Word, Power Point, Excel
Strong persistence in driving team’s tasks/ deliverables
Proven high level organization and time management skills, proactive and ability to work under pressure.
Understanding HR Concept System (HRIS) more preferable
Team work
Ability to generate well-structured reports.
