Answer inbound calls from the customers Respond to customer requests and inquiries by answering product and service question Identify and resolve customer’s problems and complaints by selecting the best solution.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in any field Experience in Customer Service/ Call Centre would be an added advantage Fresh Graduate encourage to apply Able to work on WEEKEND and NIGHT SHIFT Required language(s): English or Mandarin.
