DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure that the space looks and feels great at all times Create a friendly atmosphere by ensuring you know all members names Create awesome coffees and drinks Prepare and serve coffee, other beverages & other foods Develop a working knowledge of menu items, recipes, prices Take care of the small things, fast Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment Maintain smooth and efficient operations in the coffee lounge area Work with the Art Department to produce posters and any visual imagery as required Maintaining all service utensils and equipments in well condition Assist the team with ad-hoc duties as required
REQUIREMENT

A passion for coffee and customer service is a must Warm, friendly and loves being around people Confident customer service skills and presentable Excellent level of English would be a strong advantage Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills Ability to handle pressure and fast-thinking Flexibility to work where needed and some evenings and weekends where required Part-time opportunities available to students
