DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Receive enquries from customer, make sure the information needed and ensuring that all customer queries are well investigated to achieve customer satisfaction Handle sea, air, and logistics quotation to customers and overseas agents in relation to import and export Report shipping schedule/ customs clearance process / delivery status to client on time Collect complete debit note / invoice from operatioan department, and make sure they are correctly issued Maintain relations the existing customer, find and develop customers, visiting customers, daily or monthly reporting Reporting to Manager for periodical performance
REQUIREMENT

Minimal Diploma Degree in any Major Maximal 30 years old Experience minimal 2 years in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Cargo or Relevant Knowledgeable and familiar with sea, air, and logistics quotations for both import and export jobs Good command in English both oral and written Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Having good knowledge of Import and Export procedure Able to work under pressure Stationed at Semarang and Surabaya
