DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist in overall external administration tasks Responsible for company hostel management - Ensure all safety aspects of the hostel are implemented and adhere to Ensure that all hostel facilities and equipment are functional at all times and be in charge of arranging any repairs, replacements and maintenance Report any defects beyond the scope of the hostel operations Coordinate work schedules for hostel cleaner and to supervise closely to ensure that hostel is well kept To coordinate with management for framing hostel management policies, rules and regulations Ensure all hostel welfare matters are dealt within a professional manner Report staffs matters to the HOD whenever is required Responsible for office internal procurement (e.g. stationeries, fruits, office and pantry items etc.) and ensure tasks are accomplished within given time frame Assist with any ad-hoc assignments when required
REQUIREMENT

Malaysian,PR/Work permit holder,Foreigner Minimum SPM certification is required. Mandarin language as primary language. Candidate which proficient in Chinese Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia are strongly encourage to apply. Fresh graduates with willing to learn attitude are encourage to apply. Working experience are notrequired. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint Multi tasking capability and able to meet tight deadlines Organized, proactive, committed and service minded Preferred candidate with detail oriented and analytical skills Possessed good communication skills and able to work with colleagues from various background, including internal local & international staffs and external stakeholders Candidates which can start work immmediately will have added advantage.
