DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Answering all incoming calls according to the company’s telephone etiquette.
Direct calls to guests, staff or other departments through the switch board always ensuring the guest’s privacy and confidentiality is kept.
Takes messages for guests and delivers the same to guests.
To be aware of emergency procedures (Fire, Bomb threats) and can perform appropriate follow through.
Provides information about hotel services to guests.
Keeps track of the wake-up calls and performs wake-up call services.
Always is polite and courteous on the phone.
Work in close cooperation with reception, housekeeping, restaurants, banqueting, kitchen and sales department.
REQUIREMENT
Arabic and English language highly preferred.
Higher Secondary School certificate.
A minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar capacity at any 4 or 5-star international hotel.
