DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle inbound and outbound calls amd emails relating to trading platforms for effective trading and investment in commodities. Responsible to attend to customers' enquiries and requests via phone,email and web chat. Promote and offer program features and benefits to outbound calls. Educate customers on new products,trading trends and how it will add value to the customer. Establish a trusted advisor relationship, gathering product feedback and helping customers plan to maximize their benefit with new feature releases. Manage customers' complaints, escalate where necessary and collaborate with various internal stakeholders in order to achieve fair outcomes according to the complaint resolution process. Support the business in achieving its financial goals and objectives and participate in cross functional initiatives aligned with the Business Development Plan. Any other task(s) as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Finance,Business Studies or relevant qualification. 23 years old and above. Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia. Minimum of 1 year experience in a similiar role. Possess initiative,able to work independently and as a team. Dynamic, highly motivated and result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills. Contact Centre Operating Days/Hours : Monday-Sunday, 24/7 Ability to work rotational shifts. Work week : 5 day week based on roster. Off days : based on roster
