DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Receiving Forecast, buy-plan, downloaded OC/PO and confirming with customer Marketing analysis & meeting with customer for order overview in advance and update regularly Calculating Max month/production capacity and Customer RTD to set ETD/Delivery date Deliver ETD/delivery date to planning for setting a production date. Evaluating order or any cut-off date and feedback to customer while order received over max month Order processing and ensure a safe delivery date before give feedback to customer Prepare & issue a delivery note and invoice for outgoing FG(consider 3days before delivery date for custom clearance document) Follow-up and re-negotiate with customer when ETD is not meet due to force majeure. Cost optimization strategy by reducing un-valuable processes Work according to standard operating procedure and any other task based on special project.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree in Marketing/Economic or equivalent from reputable university Min 1-2 years working experience in related job, especially in Sales Administrartion/Marketing Manufacturing/Key Account Good knowledge in Marketing process Strong communication & interpersonal skill with aptitude Ability to negotiation & discussion Experience in manufacturing company is an advantage Fluent in english (both oral and written) Computer literate Able to work as team and individually with minimum supervision Proactive, high integrity, disciplined & demonstrate initiative Will be placed at Cibitung – Bekasi
