DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Prepare purchase orders for laboratory equipment, equipment accessories, consumables and maintenance and repair services
Checking of vendor invoices
Maintain good records for lab consumables, solvents, gases and equipment spare parts
Maintain proper recording and filing of test reports and invoices generated for customers
Maintaining the fixed asset register
Monitor contracts for maintenance
Liaise with Logistics Dept on dispatch of samples to other laboratories
Liaise with Logistics Dept on dispatch of analysis reports and invoices to customers
Coordinate with Sales on collection of test reports by customers for cash-on-delivery cases
Prepare hardcopy reports on timely basis
Prepare minutes of meeting for the Laboratory Dept
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, stationery requisition, date-entry, photocopying, faxing and dispatching of internal reports between Depts
Any other tasks assigned by Management
REQUIREMENT
Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Chemistry related qualifications
1-2 years lab administration experience is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Possess good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
Must be good in following up
