DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To support the Warehouse operations at Jesselton
To oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
To ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the warehouse and stock.
Verify and ensure stock adjustment, stock transfer, office sales, credit note, staff purchases, selling price & description change are recorded in system is accurate and timely.
Provides accurate report numbers to designated departments.
Reconciles all inventory discrepancies.
To conduct stock takes as & when required
To ensure that the shelves are well stocked with the right amount of in store allocation and space management
As the Warehouse Executive, you will oversee all matters related to warehouse operations for Jesselton, whilst working closely to support the Senior Sales & Operations Manager
REQUIREMENT
Possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in related field coupled with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehousing and inventory control
