DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Timely and accurate entering of sales orders, amendments and engineering changes into Sales Order System. Keep customers updated on the status of their parts through weekly reports, customized reports and customer web base reports. Coordinate with other departments in resolving problems, expediting orders and managing shipment schedules. Handle customers’ enquiries promptly. Update customers’ profiles, master pricing and product repair pricing in the System. Prepare Repair Capability Listing / Catalogue and load into web page. Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

At least 2-3 years’ of experiences in manufacturing environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with MS Office experience. Able to communicate electronically with customers and all levels of staff in the organization. Must be customer-oriented, work well as team member and have high energy level / outgoing personality. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures. Possess good coordination and follow-up skills. Meticulous, self-motivated, resourceful and proactive team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
