Conduct DOR & WOR to understand issues and propose corrective action
Responsible for reporting all maintenance requirements for equipment and facility to the maintenance department
Ensure preventive maintenance are conducted on time as scheduled
Cultivate healthy habit on operators to treat their equipment properly
Input Berita Acara online
Conduct daily cycle count and report the result to Shift Manager
Sign any discrepancy in Inbound and Outbound Process
Timely de-stuffing and put away
Share necessary Info on Operational requirements
Monitor SOR is conducted after every shift
Golden rule to be read on shift basis
Coordinate with Transport to ensure that Truck are available when the products are ready to be shipped
Ensure that any discrepancy during load and unload process are reported to the Client Service and get approval from Shift Manager/Operations Manager
Ensure all employee doing their job properly
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma 3 any major (preferred from Logistics management)
Minimum 2-3 years as Supervisor or 3-4 years as Senior Staff
English (minimum passive)
Basic Understanding of warehousing processes
Good knowledge of logistic functions
Good understanding of basic business process
Having vision to develop business and intention to develop continuous improvement
Having interest in receiving feedback from others
Willing to be place in Cikarang-West Java
