DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for handling overseas users' feedback to improve user satisfaction(users are from Philippines,Indonesia,Vietnam,Thailand,etc) Collect users' demands,and provide product optimization suggestions Maintain existing social media platforms by creating content and interact with users ASO localization Responsible for localization promotion activities
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent At least 2 years of marketing experience preferred Effectively Bilingual in both English and Chinese (required to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates based in China) Comfortable with start-up environment Both Independent player as well as a great team player Have good problem-solving,interpersonal and communication skills
