Selling Automotive financing products according to predetermined targets and expanding existing networks to achieve those targets.
Work under pressure and target that has been determined per team.
Able to manage AR who become booking team.
Responsible for target selling.
Prepare and present sales proposals.
Looking for new prospect / Customers.
Create daily activity report work tools provided by the company.
Can Coordinate & Motivated his team to achieve Branch’s target.
Coordination of the team and able to motivate this team.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent. Age : 25– 35 years old. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is for this position. Preferably having Experience as Manager / Senior Manager specialized in Multifinance company / Financial services. Having advance strong analytical thinking. Excellent knowledge about SOP. Excellent in communication, leadership, integrity and high attention to any details. Strong knowledge about Sales, Marketing, in Retail Sales Multifinance. Able to communicate well. Skill: Leadership, Management, Credit analyst, sales and collection management. Preferably Denpasar Domicile Able to join immediately.
