Perform sourcing, purchasing and good tracking task for Aircraft Parts and Company Supplies by complying with the Purchasing Supervisor duties and responsibilities, so that materials required by the company are available timely to achieve the joint objectives of the aircraft safety, reliability, minimum down time and controlled Cost/ Budged. Ensure all purchasing Documentation including Computerized records, comply with DGCA regulation and the company requirements, so that certification, traceability and accountability standard are maintained. Liaise with Internal and External Supplier and the end users of the material, so that material provisioning objectives of the company are maintained. Prepare and monitor the progress off all the Purchase Order and to ensure that the order will be arrives timely, and to submit the material handling reports as requested so the management is kept appraised of all relevant material purchasing matters. Maintain high personnel Standards of workmanship, so that the joint objective of inventory control, Aircraft safety,reliability, minimum down time and cost control are achieve at all time. Comply with all duties and responsibilities detailed in the company’s Health Safety and Environmental policy so that all activities undertaken without injury, illness,incident or lost of time. Ensure all material are imported and exported in accordance with appropriate tax regulation so that the company’s tax exposure and the financial outlay is minimized. Coordinate with finance to conduct the annual stock taking for the company inventory / asset.
