DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Create and produce designs for marketing, operational and promotional purposes.
Perform a photocall for events / marketing / PR events.
Manage marketing, communication, public relation, digital and offline campaign initiatives.
Responsible for photos on social media and corporate websites.
Managing on all our social media account, creating original content, managing posts, and responding to followers.
Managing merchandises, designs and communication to produce it to be final products.
Working together with online shops, and events.
Develop CRM Strategy to increase customer loyalty and conversion, also in charge of analysis and reporting of programme
Maintain marketing budget (short term and long term plans) to control costs
Maintain relationship with media and other partners
-Corporate Design, Communication, Editorial Design, Commercial Design, Photos, Photoshop, Advertising, Advertising Design, Web, Web Design, Logo Design, Multimedia, Multimedia Design, Packaging, Packaging Design.
REQUIREMENT
-Min D3/S1, preferably majoring in PUBLIC RELATION or MARKETING. -Work fast and accurate in expert level of Adobe After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro. -Manage and deliver projects, able to beat deadlines whilst still maintaning a high quality of work. -Handle multiple projects at once, always ready with a "can-do" attitute. -At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required to fill up this position. -Have strong concept and analysis skill. -Able to lead marketing strategy and implementation effective promotion. -Good communication, presentation skill, likewise good selling and negotiation skill. -Age 22-30years old. -Min GPA 3,0.
