DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To assist the Marketing team on various aspects of marketing activities: brand building, PR, CRM, A&P.
To be accountable for timely delivery of project deliverables through strong teamwork .
To collaborate with other departments such as Service Operations, Kitchen Operations and Catering & Event Services etc. to drive objectives and strategies and deliver marketing programmes to realise profits and sales targets.
To prepare and execute marketing plan for new product category and seasonal promotions.
To draft press releases and handle media enquiries and interviews.
To ensure accurate and on-time production of marketing collaterals.
To conduct local market research and customer satisfaction surveys to study consumer behavior, determine customer needs and latest trends, and shares information with other departments such as Service and Kitchen Operations, Retail Merchandising and Catering & Event Services etc.
Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by Superior or Senior Management
