incharge to prepare master data refers to recruitment (ongoing)
infuture incharge to operate HRIS and provide all data and information, including : statistic or data presentation based on needs
Manage Master data by submiting information : Attendance, Leaves, Mutation, Resignation with summary provided PA team
Recording, controlling, and follow employees in standby status list if they perform or in fit condition and ready for work
Provide letter for Retirement as well Terminated employee with special circumstance
REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Bachelor Degree At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Having experience in handling HRIS Having good Analytical thinking and communication skill
