DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Responsible for management and maintenance of entire IT infrastructure : servers, virtualized environment, network devices, and productivity tools. • Diagnose hardware/software problem and provide analysis/solution. • Resolve IT related issues and prepare status reviews and reports. • Install, configure and maintenance of computer systems and business applications. • Support the roll out of new IT infrastructure, systems or applications. • Perform the administration and updates on user accounts and profiles. • Coordinate with third party or other internal IT resources whenever necessary to resolve technical, application or network issues. • Provide monthly update on IT Assets.
REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor in Computer Science or related with at least 2 to 3 years of experiences. • Maintain a good working knowledge of current infrastructure and future trends. • Good analytical and problem solving skills • Good knowledge in the installation and configuration of network and storage equipment or appliances, such as switch, SAN, router and firewall. • Good Knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating System : Active Directory, File/Printer Sharing, Group Policy and etc. • Basic knowledge of networking. However, knowledge of Cisco, Fortigate and Mikrotik equipment will be an advantage • Good knowledge about virtualization technology such as VMWare ESXi and related technology. • Basic knowledge about CCTV and PABX Management
