DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide administrative and clerical support
Handle incoming calls, fax, emails and courier
To maintain tidiness and cleanliness of meeting area
Follow-up products/services enquiries, provide quality customer service
Data entry of invoices / prepare quotation to clients
Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENT
DSE/ HKAL/ Diploma or above Minimum 2 years of related experience Fluent in spoken Cantonese & English and written Chinese and English Proficient in PC applications, especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing Immediately available is preferred
