DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To proactively build existing business and generate new business opportunities. To passionately provide customer service through good rapport and relationships including understanding and qualifying of requirements, technical recommendations, issue resolutions and support. To participate in the formulation and commitment to the implementation of the company’s sales plans in line with corporate objectives. To ensure the meeting of sales target and closing of sales in a professional and effective manner. To respond effectively to enquiries with appropriate information about the company and its products and service offerings. To be accountable for margin and collection targets. To constantly monitor and feedback on market developments to enhance accurate and timely decision making. To lead intradepartmental and interdepartmental discussions to generate growth and meet customer requirements. Any other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by the Management from time to time.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma / Degree holder in any field. With 2 - 3 years working experience in sales is preferred. Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin. Computer literate. Discipline, independent and proactive. Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with different people. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
