DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Support LSG Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) Regional Service Commercial Team in terms of finance planning and analytical work streams including:
Monthly Forecast
Monthly & Quarterly Business Review
Annual Operations Plan
5-Year Strategic Plan
Run weekly service performance tracking report
Monitoring monthly closing process comparing to landing estimation, ensure revenue recognition and reporting is properly conducted, no risk in both PnL and working capital
Support annual sales compensation design and quota distribution process, optimize sales productivity. In charge of actual performance tracking and payout process
Work together with service leaders to optimize PnL, drive for higher organic growth
Provide finance input in terms of resource optimization and organization efficiency
Continuously looking for opportunities of process improvement
Support regional services lead in terms of ad hoc reports and analysis
REQUIREMENT
5 years working experience in MNC
Good commercial sense and able to navigate through matrix organization
Self-motivated and result driven
Able to learn on the fly and being comfortable to do the trial and error.
Good analytical skills and highly proficient in excel
Comfortable with communicating with senior management
Good communication and presentation skill
Willing to be hands on with basic analytical work
Candidate with accounting background is preferred
