DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Minimum Education: Associate degree (D3) or Bachelor degree (S1) in Mechanical/ Electrical/Industrial or Chemical Engineering preferable from reputable university (with min. GPA 2,90).
Age within 28 – 45 years old
Experienced as a Manager of Fertilizer Production for at least 5 years in similar industries is absolute
Ensure quality and quality of production in Company standards and in accordance with SOP
Improve and maintain Quality Control and QA.
Perform analysis and overcome problems in the production process
Mastering factory management.
Knowing the technique of fertilizer machinery in priority.
Active and fluent communication, firm and have good problem solving skills
Understand about GMP, ISO procedure and Safety Management.
Computer literate and proficient in English.
Excellent interpersonal, high integrity, strong leadership, management skill, hard working, analytical, strategic minded and ability to interact and communicate with all level employees.
Can work well independently or in a team
Hardworking, detail oriented, able to work under pressure and proactive
Ability to work multitasking and fast response
Willing to work shift and to be placed at Malang - Lawang Factory
