DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Resolute tracking and monitoring of customer development, identification of opportunities and maintaining opportunity database. Regularly visit the assigned customers and partners to cultivate relationships. Continuously follow up customer needs in terms of sales, logistics, services and commercial topics. Develop solid customer strategies to proactively promote the GMC portfolio to achieve the targeted market share. Continuous competitive research and analysis to determine areas for growth and opportunity. Report to the Regional Sales Business Unit Head. Promote the products to the market to increase sales volume. Explore and develop MC GMC business for Indonesia market. Identify potential customer and market for drives. Involvement in marketing activity.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. Proficient in English (spoken and written). At least 3-5 years of working experience in an equivalent drive technology environment, including sales and/or engineering. Substantial expertise in low voltage motors and drives as well as experience in product and systems business. Experience in handling drive project. Understand the Indonesian market, sales channel and industries. Have knowledge of industrial process in HVAC. Must be willing to travel, mainly in Indonesia. Full-Time position(s) available.
