Preparing & Administering Human Resources Information System
Administering & entering data into the database or Human Resources Information System for maintaining accurate records (attendance/leave system & benefit administration)
Provide data for & prepare management information report, documents, & deliver better services to CHR customers as required
Liaising with payroll related with absence recording, leave, & holiday recording system
Assisting the System & Compliance Supervisor in the maintenance and administration of Performance Appraisal System in Human Resources Information System
Assisting HR System & Compliance to communicate with benefit provider, insurance, & other institution & CHR customers related to HR transaction
Assisting to employees counselling on rules, policies, benefits, & procedures
REQUIREMENT
The candidates should possess at a minimum D3 in Information Technology or Business Administration with adequate exposure to Information System
A minimum of 3 years experience in the same field
Experience in running and administering HRIS Programs
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Have good oral and written English communication skills
