DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and oversee execution of all key accounts in target market: help them maximize sales and increase sales volume to meet target. This goal shall be accomplished through strategy alignment, execution and promotions; Build and maintain good business relationship with and between all relevant parties, solve issues that may arise in all business circles to ensure the standards established in the initial sales agreement well maintained; Develop and implement new business/ distribution channels in both online and offline target market for the Beauty & Oral Care business; Establish, Lead and manage a country team to carry out supervisory/management responsibilities in accordance with Company policies and applicable laws; Plan and formulate effective sales and marketing strategies, campaigns and programs; Coordinate with creative agencies and other respective suppliers on all marketing collaterals and promotional materials; Monitor and review all marketing campaigns, programs and activities; Liaise with authorities and ensure advertising license/permit is active and monitored regularly; Monitor competitor’s sales activities; Gather market feedback, research and share market trends with the sales team;
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree or above in Marketing/Sales/BusinessManagement major. At least 8 years of brand marketing and sales management experience, and prior experience in market business development will be preferred; Able to be hands on as a sole contributor before setting up a small team in the country; Good understanding of e-commerce and retail environment, with excellent track record in sales and business development; Pro-active, self-driven and result-oriented is critical, also shall be accountable for team setup and management in the country as business growth need; Excellent command of written and spoken English and Malay languages are required; Good commercial knowledge with outstanding negotiation skill, communication skill, and team management ability; Prior experience from Beauty, Cosmetics and Skincare industries are added advantage for this role.
