DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment
Work with Central Kitchen on the purchasing listing and goods to be ready for used
Develop and update the inventory listing in the E-procurement platform
Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history
Confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action
Arrange the payment of duty and freight charges
Maintain records of goods ordered and received by working closely with the warehouse personnel Job Requirements
REQUIREMENT
Required language(s): English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
