DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Maintaining day to day Company's administrative matters, see below for descriptions
Maintaining simple day to day company’s accounting matters, see below for descriptions
Support daily account receivable and payable process
Assist in preparing quarterly GST submission
Provide admin support role for Management directly
Familiarity with Xero accounting system is a plus
Support office adminstrative matters such as:
Ordering of office supplies and stationery
Liaison for office maintenance and repairs
Co-ordinate office events
To provide high quality support to the organization, providing help desk duties, responding to incoming calls, greeting visitors and managing hospitality needs.
REQUIREMENT
Higher Nitec, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business/Accounting / Finance Highly organized and motivated, a team player and fast learner
