Administers policies and practices with guidance from the Human Resources Manager
Managing basic reporting and compliance for both HR and Safety programs
Assist in educating and supporting field employees with questions or concerns on processes, benefits, policies, etc.
Assist in coaching and communicating with line management on changes, employment policies and procedures
Assist with job description creation, job postings, interview scheduling, offer letter creation, etc.
Assist in coaching and training managers on interview, hiring and onboarding processes
Assist in evaluating training needs, establish schedules and training materials to meet needs
Partnering with our HR Shared Services and HRIS team on data maintenance and accuracy
Assist in company vehicle and phone program management
Assist with special projects and events
Assist in a variety of administrative tasks to support the business
REQUIREMENT
Maintains high degree of confidentiality/ethics
Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
One to three years of experience in an HR support role is preferred
Experience in the construction or aggregate industry preferred
Excellent presence and professionalism
Proficient with PC and standard office equipment, including MS Word/Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint
Highly organized and attentive to detail
Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills
