DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Perform all office administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the office
Provide secretarial support to the company
Support the administrative requirements for the sales and service teams
Manage the basic accounts and book keeping
Issue and track Invoices, Delivery Orders, Official Receipts etc
Manage and ensure the renewal payments of current customers on annual renewal schemes
Administer the license agreements and license keys for customers
Coordinate and arrange software invoicing and delivery
Manage software inventory
Issue and manage expense claims
Undertake staff passes, payroll duties and claims
Manage and update official records of annual leave and movement of company staffs
Generate and submit regular sales reports
Update customer database and files
Deal with incoming emails, faxes and posts
Any ad hoc tasks
REQUIREMENT
Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel
Entail good interpersonal & communication skills, with a good command of English
Always demonstrate initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility
Have sound organization skills, demonstrate competency
Be resourceful and have great problem solving skills
Display pleasant disposition to work with people at all levels
