DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for daily review of HR email and distributing appropriately in a timely manner Create and maintain all employee files, prepare new hire paperwork Record and file information ensuring timeliness, completeness and accuracy Process employee changes (name, address, position, etc.) Must be able to present information in a positive, informative, accurate and professional manner Must possess ability to set up systems and prioritize work responsibilities Person will have to work out of our office Other duties as requested/assigned
REQUIREMENT

MS Office experience with ability to type/enter data quickly and accurately. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word a plus. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality Attention to detail critical. Must be self-directed and able to work with little supervision. Ability to interact with candidates, employees and management at all levels of the organization. Experience with Outlook or other calendaring software a must.
