DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage are oversee all functions and activities of the HR department especially RECRUITMENT
Maintain overall supervision and direction of HR department
Maintain confidentially of records (data employee and company) and make company internal procedures regulation
Handling BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Kesehatan, Private Insurance (local employees and expatriate) and operational car insurance
Report for monthly BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (JHT, JKK, JKM) and Income Tax Art 21
Maintain positive employee relations, motivate other employees and manage conflicts
Develop and formulate functional policies and practices with long term perspectives and to ensure HR is aligned with company objectives
To develop policies in accordance with corporate strategies and guidelines
To implement HR initiatives and programmed
To manage recruitment and selection, training and development, salary administration, compensation and benefits.
REQUIREMENT
Maximum age 30 years old
At least 2 years experience in human resources management
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Good English
Computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiar with local labor regulations
